since opening our doors in 2021, we have evolved from a humble brewhouse into an ecosystem of projects rooted in craft, culture, and collaboration. the collective, today, brings together a brewery, three distinct bars, a nyc-style pizza kitchen, an audiophile space, and an artistic platform under one roof.
our name “la textil collective” is an ode to the building’s past as a textile warehouse, woven into barcelona’s late industrial era in eixample. today, we carry that legacy forward as a space where food, drinks made-in-house, music, art, and people are interlaced into a shared creative fabric.
our creative fabric includes: our main bar, backstage, 303 audiophile bar, terco pizza, cultura groovy, and the gray wall.
brewed in-house
all the beers served at the collective are made. we brew a wide variety of styles from around the world, with a respect for tradition and an inspired, yet calculated, desire to push the boundaries of our flavor experiences.
with beers like a classic czech pilsner, a sea water and lime sour ale, an albariño grape brut ipa, double dry hopped hazy ipas, and toasted coconut and mexican chocolate milk porter on nitrogen, we aim to challenge the palates of seasoned craft beer drinkers and also provide an entry point for people who are new to the scene.

our practices across all projects are rooted in sustainability, driven by a deep care for our environment. the majority of our furniture is built from repurposed materials.
